Terms and Conditions BetPro — The Complete Guide for Malaysia Players

1 General Terms and Acceptance

Welcome to betpro, an online betting platform operating under a valid licence and in full compliance with all applicable regulations. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player" or "User") and betpro ("Platform", "We").

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the BetPro platform — including the official website, Android and iOS mobile apps, and all related services — you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account at betpro. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed, along with forfeiture of all balances and wins. This rule applies even if the accounts are registered under different names, email addresses, or phone numbers.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

8 Account Termination and Suspension

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting the betpro customer support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all pending rollover requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible balance will be returned via the original payment method.

9 BetPro Liability Limits

BetPro shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or disruption arising from circumstances beyond our control, including internet failure, third-party server outages, natural disasters, government actions, or any other force majeure event.
